Service Questions
Which CRM platforms do you work with?
We work with HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, Pipedrive, ActiveCampaign, and Zoho CRM, among others. If you have an existing CRM, we work within it. If you're setting up for the first time, we'll recommend the right platform based on your team size, sales complexity, and budget — not the one that's easiest for us to configure.
Will automation make our communication feel impersonal?
Poorly built automation feels robotic. Well-built automation feels more personal than manual communication, because it responds to what each individual contact actually does rather than sending everyone the same message at the same time. We use behavioural triggers, dynamic content, and conditional logic to ensure every automated message is contextually relevant to the recipient — which is something manual communication at scale can never consistently achieve.
Do you build the automation from scratch or work with what we have?
Both. If you have existing workflows, tools, or partial automations in place, we audit what you have, identify what's working and what isn't, and build on top of or replace components as needed. If you're starting from zero, we design and build the entire system. Either way, the end state is a fully integrated, documented automation infrastructure your team can manage and build on.
How long does it take to set up marketing automation?
A core automation setup — CRM integration, lead capture, basic nurture sequences, and lead routing — typically takes 4–6 weeks. Full-scale marketing automation with multi-stage sequences, lead scoring, multichannel messaging, and advanced CRM workflows takes 8–12 weeks depending on complexity. We always prioritize getting the highest-impact automations live first rather than building everything in sequence before anything goes live.
What happens if our business processes change after automation is built?
Automation systems need to evolve with your business. We document every workflow we build so your team can make simple edits independently, and we offer ongoing retainers for more significant changes, additions, and performance optimization. We also conduct quarterly automation audits to proactively identify workflows that need updating before they cause problems.
